    About spiritmovesbody:

This is a movement class. There is a simple philosophy supporting this approach, which will be shared. But the bulk of the class will be practically applying this philosophy to movement.

A 4-participant minimum is required for the class to run (12 maximum)

New to Pilates? Our Pilates 3-privates intro package is recommended but not required (Cost $150).
