We invite you to take a moment to visit our site in order to meet our team, learn about their educational backgrounds and what makes each of them a unique asset to the team. Everyone at CORE BASICS is committed to giving nothing but quality treatment to all of their clients. We all pursue continuing education courses and seminars on a regular basis in order to keep up to date with new developments in the industry.

This site will also help you to answer the frequently asked questions: What is Pilates? What is osteopathy? Who should do it and why?

Pilates is a very intelligent form of exercise that was originally designed in the 1920's. It has recently gained widespread popularity but has been used by professional dancers and athletes for decades.

With a consistent Pilates program, you will;

"…feel the difference in ten sessions,
see the difference in twenty sessions,
and have a whole new body in thirty sessions."

Osteopathy is a manual therapy that has been around for over a century. It too has gained more recognition in recent years as more and more people seek a more global, holistic approach to their health.

Osteopathy is a very gentle but deep approach that looks at the root cause of a problem, rather than simply treating the symptoms. By the time someone presents in our office with a particular symptom, the body has already compensated for many micro-traumas, both physical and emotional. It is an osteopath's most complex challenge to sift through all the layers of compensation in order to find the main, causative factor.

We at CORE BASICS are constantly trying to upgrade our equipment, with the best that Balanced Body has to offer. We also strive to continually refine and improve the services offered to our clients. As a result of this goal, we are happy to announce that we have moved to a larger space, in suite #12 of the same building.
