Private Pilates Sessions

Colleen and her team strive to design a full body program based on each client's individual needs. Each person starts with an evaluation to determine posture, muscle weakness, inflexibility, fitness level and personal goals.  A one-hour program is developed to target their weaknesses.  In addition to working with the different apparatus, mat excerices are given so that the client can work between their sessions at home.  Generally, clients sign up for packages of 5-20 private sessions and workout once to three times a week.

In order to maximize the benefits of Pilates and to begin the work without risk of injury, at CORE BASICS we highly recommend that all clients take our Intro to Pilates Package so that they can make the most of our Trios and Group Classes.


Intro to Pilates
New to Pilates? This is a great way to learn the basics so that you can integrate easily into our classes.
With lots of personal attention from our instructors you will learn the foundational exercises, terminology and build the confidence to know when you are performing an exercise correctly and when you need to ask for help.

3 class Introductory sessions:
